Palmetto Pride Softwash did a fantastic job making my house shine again. My screened back porch and front porch look like they have been newly painted. My back porch carpet looks like it was cleaned by a carpet cleaner, really well. They cleaned my gutters that had a lot of debris left over from Helene. I had a section of my roof that was shaded by trees and I had moss and mold growing on it. Palmetto Pride Softwash came in and sprayed the roof and killed the moss/mold. After many frustrating attempts to get a reasonable quote for pressure washing (so many outrageous bids!), Cody was great to work with — professional, fairly priced, and reliable. He pressure washed our house and large deck, cleaned out the gutters, and even found a few leaks around windows and doors ;). Because of rain in the forecast, we had to wait before applying the stain/sealant to the deck, but Cody stayed on top of it — monitoring the weather and coming back out as soon as conditions were right. (Great start) Not only did he communicate with me about when he was on the way AND showed up on time, but did an AMAZING job too!
